A $15 USD payment purchases one year of membership. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge to cancel. If you do not renew, trading access expires at the end of your current paid or promotional period. Store purchases and postage are separate.
Promo expiry
Introductory offers provide two or six calendar months at no charge, without a card on file. They expire on the date shown in your account. Continuing requires a separate annual purchase; you are not charged automatically.
Payment help and refund requests
Contact Duke about an incorrect, duplicate, or disputed membership charge or a refund request. Include your account email, payment date and receipt reference. Do not send card numbers or post financial information publicly. Duke will review the payment record and your request, subject to applicable rights. A full refund or payment dispute can suspend access funded by that payment.
Individual trades
Canceling a card trade follows the Shipping & Dispute Policy. A membership payment is separate from the cards, postage, carrier loss or damage in a member-to-member trade.
