Card-for-card trading. Clear responsibilities.
By registering an account or using the exchange, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Membership Agreement, Community Guidelines, Prohibited Items Policy, and Shipping & Dispute Policy.
Updated November 6, 2026 · Public Membership1. Owner and product relationship
Duke #2 Card Exchange is an app within Duke #2 Collections, a D2I App Studio product brand from Duke2 Innovations, LLC. Card Exchange is not a separate company, division, broker, auction house, payment intermediary, insurer, escrow service, or shipping carrier.
2. Eligibility and membership
Registration is open to adults age 18 or older using a U.S. domestic mailing address. Use one account and your verified email. Trading tools require current paid membership or a valid promotional access period. Browsing is public. Duke2 may restrict accounts for violations of the community rules.
3. Annual membership and promo offers
Card Exchange membership costs $15 USD for one year of access. Annual membership is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. A renewal adds a year after current access ends. Store purchases and shipping are separate.
A valid introductory promo code provides either two or six free calendar months from redemption. One introductory offer may be used per account; free offers cannot be stacked or restarted through duplicate accounts. No payment card is required for a promo, and no charge occurs automatically at expiry. Code availability may change; access already granted retains its stated end date unless the account is suspended for rule violations.
4. Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep credentials private.
- Use one account and one truthful public screen name.
- Keep your email and private mailing information current.
- Do not allow another person to use your account.
- Notify support promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
5. Listings and trades
List only cards you own or genuinely seek. Describe the card, condition, alteration, grading, and known defects honestly. Have listings require current front and back photographs. No sale price, cash payment, auction, gift card, or off-platform payment may be requested or offered as part of a Card Exchange trade.
A proposal is not final until both collectors confirm the same cards and terms. Either collector may cancel before shipment unless the parties have already completed an irreversible step. After shipment, the Shipping & Dispute Policy controls.
6. Duke2 is not a party to the trade
Collectors trade directly with each other and pay their own outbound shipping unless they clearly agree otherwise in the trade record. Duke2 does not take possession of cards, determine market value, authenticate cards, inspect packaging, control a carrier, insure a shipment, or guarantee performance.
7. Content and photographs
You retain ownership of photographs and original text you submit. You grant Duke2 a limited, nonexclusive license to host, reproduce, resize, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, document, and promote the Card Exchange. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
8. Enforcement
Duke2 may remove content, limit features, suspend access, preserve evidence, or permanently ban an account for fraud, prohibited items, harassment, privacy violations, duplicate accounts, unsafe behavior, manipulation, noncooperation with a review, or any material policy violation. Serious safety concerns may be reported to appropriate authorities.
9. Service limits
The service may be updated during operation and may contain defects, interruptions, incomplete features, or data loss. Features may change or stop without notice when safety or testing requires it. To the extent permitted by law, participation is at your own risk and the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, a successful match, delivery, condition, authenticity, value, or recovery.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact Duke2 Innovations and provide a reasonable opportunity to review the concern. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
